Management at the Kwiatkowski University of Business and Administration in Gdynia (WSAiB) is a master level programme leading to an MA degree in Management. It suits you if you want to move from carrying out tasks to managing processes and projects – and to do it in an international group, in English. You can study full-time, part-time or online.
The programme prepares you to implement process management and enterprise projects. The diploma certifies effective management skills, in particular communicating, negotiating, convincing and organising team work. On top of that you build knowledge of psychology, modern marketing, logistics and human resources management, so you can look at a company from several sides at once.
Two master specialisations are open to you: International Business, for working in a global, multicultural market, and Project Management, for planning and leading projects from the idea to full implementation.
The university cooperates with the Pomorski Employers organisation, among others on conferences, seminars and student placements.
English is the language of instruction, and you can choose one additional language:
Graduates are qualified to work as organisation and management specialists and as managers in enterprises and institutions, or to run their own business. They find employment in operational, analytical and management positions in enterprises, units of state and local government administration, consulting agencies and non-profit organisations.
English-language instruction and an international group of students prepare you for work in international enterprises, international trade companies and international companies represented in Poland.
