International Business is a specialisation within the master's programme in Management at the Kwiatkowski University of Business and Administration in Gdynia (WSAiB). It suits you if you want to take a business idea across borders – from the first market strategy to a complete expansion abroad. You can study full-time, part-time or online.

Programme: from market strategy to cross-border expansion

As a student of International Business you learn how to:

• define the strategy, scope and business justification for entering foreign markets
• develop the operational plan and the financial framework to manage a multinational enterprise
• analyse the international business environment with modern business tools
• choose the most suitable market entry strategy
• overcome cultural and legal barriers in international negotiations
• manage and motivate multicultural teams in a globalised setting

Specialisation: foreign trade from law to customs

The courses concentrate on foreign trade in all its practical aspects: foreign trade in Central Europe, legal conditions for international exchange, institutional support, customs, and the technology and organisation of foreign trade. You also study negotiations, international settlements, and transport and forwarding services. Classes are led by industry professionals with deep backgrounds in multinational firms and cross-border trade.

Languages: an extra language to choose

Next to English you can pick one more language: Spanish, Russian or German at level A1, or English at level A1 or B2.
